Mental health includes our emotional, psychological, and social well-being. It affects how we think, feel, and act. It also helps determine how we handle stress, relate to others, and make choices. Mental health is important at every stage of life, from childhood and adolescence through adulthood.

Go for a bike ride

Scream as loud as you can.

HOW TO HELP PEOPLE STRUGGLING WITH THEIR MENTAL HEALTH
• Be patient with them
• Offer to help out with chores if they struggle with motivation and tasks.
• Do not attempt to diagnose them or play doctor. Be a friend.
• Offer advice when they ask you, listen empathically when they want vent.
• Spend time with them, but give them space if they ask.
• Look after your own mental health, you cannot pour from an empty cup.
• Remind them of how much they mean to you.
• Avoid comparison.
• Go visit them.
• Ask other loved ones to help.
